Howdy! Welcome to the City of Freeport! Let me first say, that it is my high honor to be your Mayor of our fine city. I am deeply humbled to serve the residents of Freeport. Having been born and raised in Freeport, I benefited from the many opportunities it offered. I remember drinking root beer at Antonelli’s and watching Shipper Pride at Hopper Field. Freeport has always been in my heart. After graduating from Texas A&M, my wife of 29 years, Stephanie, and I chose to return to Freeport to raise our family. We chose to return home. While Freeport has progressed, it will always be a community that stands strong for families. We have a vibrant economy and we are open for business. Come give us a look. Come make us your home. Freeport offers a lifestyle that is diverse as its people. Diversity brings creativity and with creativity, promise.
